Why EcoPro

The purest choice

Beyond our advanced emissions solutions, we manufacture high-purity deionised water — an indispensable asset for industrial, agricultural and many other applications where the absence of minerals and impurities is not just beneficial, but critical.

  • No scale, no corrosion

Removing dissolved minerals is what prevents scale build-up and corrosion inside equipment.

  • Non-conductive

Safe to use around batteries, electrical cooling systems and sensitive electronics and components.

  • HIGHEST STANDARDS

Manufactured to the same exacting standards. Available when you need it, and delivered in a size and format that suits you.

  • Batteries & Electrical

Essential for topping up lead-acid batteries and filling electrical cooling loops - preventing plate damage, corrosion, and short circuits caused by trace minerals.

  • Cooling & Boiler Systems

Protects boiler feed lines and cooling loops and towers from efficiency-draining scale buildup, silica fouling, and premature equipment wear.

  • Laboratory & Testing

Ideal for rinsing glassware, preparing analytical reagents, and any testing procedure where trace ions or silica could compromise results.

  • Pharma, Cosmetics & Beauty

Provides an ultra-pure liquid base for serums, lotions, and chemical compounding, and protects aesthetic lasers and beauty tools from mineral clogging and scale.

  • Detailing & Spot-Free Rinsing

The ultimate final rinse for vehicles, boats, glass, and aircraft. Zero Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) means surfaces dry completely spot-free without hand drying.

Common questions

DI water, answered

What is deionised water?

Water with its dissolved mineral ions removed by ion exchange. What remains is exceptionally pure and non-conductive, which is what makes it safe around equipment where ordinary tap water would leave scale or carry current.

Is DI water the same as distilled water?

Not quite. Distillation removes minerals by boiling and condensing; deionisation removes them by ion exchange. Both give you pure water, but only DI water is non-conductive.

Can I use DI water to top up a battery?

Yes, and it is the correct choice. Tap water carries minerals that build up on the plates and shorten battery life.

Can I drink it?

It is not supplied or intended as drinking water. It is manufactured and packaged for industrial, laboratory and automotive use.

How should I store it?

Store sealed, out of direct sunlight, in its original container at room temperature. Ultra-pure water is naturally "hungry" and will rapidly absorb ions or carbon dioxide from open air and dirty vessels—never decant it into a container that previously held other liquids.

Do you supply it in bulk?

Yes — from pallets of pack and drums through to IBCs and tanker volumes, for one-off orders or scheduled orders. Tell us your volume and location and we will come back with a price per litre.
